Had a chance to document Holt Restaurant from the beginning. Holt is a harmonious space that celebrates food created by Jeffrey Downs which is located in a quiet neighborhood in Taipei, Songshan District. The dining space is intimate with artisanal decor and provides a view of an open kitchen. They work closely together with regional farmers and food producers to source the finest local ingredients for imaginatively crafted dishes.
