Holt is located in a quiet neighborhood in Taipei, Songshan District. The dining space is intimate with artisanal decor and provides a view of an open kitchen. We work closely together with regional farmers and food producers to source the finest local ingredients for imaginatively crafted dishes. Holt is a harmonious space that celebrates food created by Jeffrey Downs.

This is a film for Eminent. With the philosophy of how to travel without plans makes you the freest human in the world. Do you prefer to fill up your everyday schedule to visit all the famous attractions, or you rather travel without plans. Traveling without plans eliminates the detail agendas that restrict your free spirits. Although it seems scary some times, but the excited feeling of not knowing where you'll be headed or what you'll be doing next makes the experience 100 times richer. Do not be afraid to talk to strangers because the best way to know the culture is by talking to people who actually live there. In the end, what makes it this trip the most special is the stories the connections within the place, people and the unique experience you obtain during the travel.
